Our main goal and mission at Span Canada is to be the number #1 provider of total construction
products and services throughout the Lower Mainland.
We want our customers to think of us for all their construction needs – from consultation, design, financing, management for renovations to total home and building solutions.

- We are registered with Energy Canada to build Energy Efficient Homes and Buildings. Most of our homes are “Built Green” with ratings 82 and above.
- We are Registered Green Builders, we use techniques over and above local Building code requirements.
Our Commitment
Span Canada is a certified Registered Home Builder with the Home Owner Protection Office of British Columbia.
We offer 2, 5, and 10 year warranties on new homes. Warranty Insurance coverage is provided by Pacific Home Warranty. We provide Liability Insurance Coverage at no additional cost on your property during construction.
